I cannot begin to tell you how good it feels to be writing music again. I'm currently involved in the beginning stages of 2 projects and I'm super excited about the both of them. One is a little poppy, a little punky and appeals to the little kid in me. The other is dark, aggressive and punishing. I've always wanted to play in a pop band and a heavy band simultaneously and in 2011 it looks like i'll get my wish. I have a really good feeling about this year, keep your ears peeled.

Listen to me. If you ever go to Tokyo, spend a couple of days in Shimokitazawa, eat at Piss Alley, drink at the Albatross rooftop bar and play nintendo at the 8 bit cafe. Trust me.

I took all these photos with my iphone 4 (which just barely survived the trip). Theres something really interesting and cool about taking quick snaps with your phone. You don't think too hard about the composition or the quality of the shot, every photo is just very casual and very in the moment. Very honest.

This store was bliiindingly colourful.
